
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to understand the complexities in life. In this space, a client can comfortably explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions, and work on becoming more self-aware.
I use an integrative approach, which encompasses different modalities of psychotherapy such as; psychodynamic, CBT, IFS, and EFT. Each of these have so much to offer, and we work to tailor the session according to each client’s individual needs
