
Michael believes that each person is the expert of his/her experience and has a wellspring of insight to guide them through their problems. He explains, “Often we can’t change our circumstance, but we can change how we relate to them.” Through care and understanding Michael helps clients perceive the source of their problems, providing clients with concrete solutions and the vision of a hopeful future. Sessions are an exciting process of self-discovery and growth. Michael is an excellent listener and is non-judgmental. He specializes in couples/relationship issues, men’s issues, depression, anxiety and increasing life satisfaction. Michael utilizes an eclectic approach including CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Innate Health.
